In 1985 Bob began his career in the Employee Benefits Division of CIGNA Corporation. Trained as a Benefits Specialist he was successful working with Fortune 500 companies in developing and implementing employee benefit programs. In 1990, he formed Robert C Placak and Associates. His focus as President includes client consultation in all areas of benefit plan development, which includes plan strategy and rate negotiation. His goal is to provide you with the creative solutions necessary to help you meet your objectives.
Robin Schaefer, Director of Operations
Robin’s career in the employee benefits field began in 1980. Working with a brokerage firm that provided products and services to public entities allowed her to become familiar with all aspects of employee benefits and brokerage service capabilities. Robin’s background includes account management, plan development, implementation and technical experience in working with both fully insured and self-funded large group programs. She began working with the firm in 1990. As Director of Operations, Robin oversees all functions of our service and market teams and in addition, offers consulting services to our clients.
Chloe Smith, Sr. Account Manager
Chloe's career as a broker began in 2001 with our organization. She has experience managing accounts from 2 lives to 500 lives and handles all aspects of Account Management, from plan implementation to rate negotiations with carriers. She has played a major role in organizing, developing and managing client service policy and procedure. Her background in marketing has provided her with extensive knowledge of the business environment and corporate management.
Christina Hildebrand, Marketing Coordinator
Christina has over 10 years of experience in the marketing field. In her role as Marketing Coordinator, Christina stays on top of the newest benefit plans and programs being provided by the carriers. She works closely with the carriers during the marketing and renewal process ensuring our clients receive the most accurate and cutting edge benefit options available.
