Robert C Placak, President of RCP & Associates, leads business strategy and growth activities of the organization. Since forming the firm in 1990, Robert’s mission is to partner with organizations to help them achieve their goals by providing new ideas and fresh, innovative approaches to benefit plan design and the delivery of world class service. He is a strategic and analytical thinker who collaborates with clients to develop creative solutions to meet their short and long term goals. Robert has been an active member of Kaiser’s broker advisory board since 2008. Robert began his benefits carrier with CIGNA in 1985 as a Sales Associate continually reaching or exceeding his goals. He went on to work with a local Bay Area broker again excelling in business development and doubling the size of the firm’s clientele during his tenure. Robert is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and is a licensed life, health, property and casualty agent.
Our dedicated benefits team of account managers and specialists are licensed life and health agents. They have experience working with both small and large employer groups with fully-insured and self-funded arrangements of medical, dental, and ancillary products. They continue to provide innovative solutions and resolution to client issues and challenges. They know ACA regulations to guide our clients through the complexities of the Health Care Reform, ACA and other legislative compliance laws and requirements. They support clients by assisting with benefit education, renewals, plan implementation and day-to-day questions.
Part of our concierge services includes offering personal support to employees and their families. They can contact us with any questions. We are happy to help them find solutions to issues, assist them with open enrollment and can provide them with customized communication materials.
